Class Policy

Classes are limited in size, and the class rosters are kept at the store's front desk, so you need to call for a reservation. Please do not email your reservation because we need to check the masterbook in the store before admitting you to a class. Therefore, please visit the shop to reserve your class or call us at 914-437-7666.

      ALL CLASSES MUST BE PRE-REGISTERED AND PRE-PAID

• Advanced registration and full deposit are required for any class.
• Space is limited and reservations will not be held without payment in full.
• Anyone 14 years of age or older may register for a class.
• No refunds or transfers for no-shows or for cancellations made less than 3 days in advance of your class.
• We reserve the right to cancel any class, in which case we will issue full refunds.
• Use of tools is included.
• We reserve the right to substitute comparable beads and components in class project kits based on availability of materials.

Payment Options: We accept American Express, Visa and MasterCard.

Location: Unless otherwise noted in the class description, all classes are held inside our store at 96 Westchester Avenue.

Returns Policy

We have a No Returns policy. We will honor an exchange within 7 days of purchase when accompanied by the original receipt.

Joining our mailing list is voluntary. As part of doing business with our customers, we maintain a database of "contact information" such as name, address, telephone numbers and e-mail address. Customers may also be asked certain questions about their interests. This information is shared internally among employee personnel only to the extent necessary to provide our services. This information is never disclosed or marketed to any third parties.

We may send e-mail to the addresses in the database for the purposes of announcing product news and class schedules, conducting surveys or providing information.

Anyone wishing to be removed from the mailing list database can unsubscribe using the link at the end of every email we send.
