Repairs

We offer a repair service in which we can handle most jewelry repairs that you may need. So bring in your broken pieces and we will be happy to give you an estimate of time and cost.

Please plan to leave your jewelry with us for 2 weeks to complete your repair. Most can be finished much faster, depending on the availability of parts and time needed, often requiring you to leave the piece of jewelry for only 3-4 days.

Note: we do not accept repair jobs in December; sorry for any inconvenience.

Private Consultations

Bring in that special outfit or sketch of a special piece of jewelry and we'll help you design a knock-out or knock-off necklace, earrings or bracelet. If you want, we'll make it for you as well. 

Please make an appointment so we can make sure you get our full attention. Call for an appointment. The cost for a 45-minute consultation is $40.

Our manager is a jewelry designer with her finger on the pulse of the latest bead designs and is always delighted to lend a hand or an ear to your design ideas.
